Secure Document Destruction Cabinet
Because confidential and sensitive documents need to be securely “binned” doesn’t mean you need to have an ugly “wheelie bin” sitting in the corner when there is an attractive cost effective alternative. Our astatically pleasing secure document destruction cabinet blends in with most office furniture, is securely locked and does not get wheeled through your office. Inside your cabinet is a removable bag that catches documents when placed in the slot. This bag is simply replaced by our staff with an empty bag each fortnight – regular service, no need to phone.
What happens with my documents?
Your documents are taken to our shredding facility where they are destroyed under the watchful eye of our staff member who picked up your documents. Once destroyed, a destruction certificate is produced and recorded.
What also makes NSS different is we encourage our potential customers to actually visit the shredding facility to view the process.

Our competitors need purpose built large trucks and warehouses to facilitate the “wheelie bins” all adding to operational costs. NSS Group is able to more efficiently transport and handle the same amount of documents that most of these large trucks do in long wheel base Mitsubishi vans because we are not transporting “wheelie bins” but only bags of documents.

As well as been able to offer destruction cabinets, NSS also provide the standard 240lt lockable wheelie bins for ad hoc clean ups.

The service is not limited to cabinets or bins, but also the collection of individual cartons that are required to be destroyed.
