Internet Access
NSS has developed a revolutionary document storage system that allows and encourages clients to manage an organisation's complete archive needs from any Internet browser in the world. This is a break through for clients that have one or a thousand locations as the complete management system is located on NSS secured web site.
Registered users enter our secured site, all products, services and management needs are available online instantly. This eliminates the lengthy delays experienced when dealing with call centre operators.

The system offers different levels of security for access for a specific carton or user. When a new user is setup you have the option to restrict certain services including who is authorised to destroy cartons or for example who can edit contents of cartons.
All services and requests are live to the NSS server and there is no manual intervention from the NSS staff. Orders are completed directly from the warehouse scanner eliminating any cartons being incorrectly picked or collected.
This is an industry first in regards to having it all on the one online Internet system.
DISATER RECOVERY AND DATA BACKUP
NSS are now able to store your companies back up tapes off-site.
Our research has shown even though with today's global uncertainty in regards to natural disasters and the unfortunate new fear of terrorism, some companies are still taking the risk with their business.
Staff are still taking the tapes home overnight or swapping between different levels within the one building. If something does unfortunately happen you want the peace of mind that your business can be up and operating as soon as possible, this goes for paper documents as well as backup tapes.
